8-week Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction

Would you like to better manage your stress, anxiety, or chronic pain? Would you like access to greater balance in your life and relationships?  Do you feel the need for more peace, joy, and connection?  If your answer to any of these is YES!, this scientifically validated eight-week course offering intensive training in mindfulness meditation and opportunities to work with practical mindfulness-based skills might be for you.

9-week Mindfulness-Based Childbirth and Parenting

Are you expecting and interested in developing skills that will help during labor? Would you like to be better able to manage the stress of pregnancy, and the stress of becoming and being a parent? If so, MBCP may be for you. This course offers training in mindfulness and mindfulness meditation with a focus cultivating skills for pregnancy, labor, and beyond.

Sunday Evening Meditation Community

6 - 7 pm Sundays in Decatur

It’s much easier to commit to the regular practice of meditation with the support of a practice community. This donation-based community, led by MBSR teachers Laura Smallwood and Stephanie Swann, meets weekly in Decatur to explore a variety of mindfulness topics, practice meditation, and engage in dialogue.
