AMI offers presentations, courses, and educational programs on Mindfulness and Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction to institutions, corporations, health care agencies, professional organizations and community groups.
They range from hour-long lunch-and-learn presentations, to day-long retreats, and to multiple week in-house training courses.
We also do 1, 3, and 5 hour educational programs. Examples of topics include: mindfulness conceptualization, the psychological framework of mindfulness, the neuroscience and physiology of stress, the neuroscience of mindfulness, outcome research on MBSR, and experiential exercises on mindfulness and meditation.
